Do you believe technology can help make police encounters safer, strengthen community trust, and promote accountability? We want you on our team.
GoVia Highlight A Hero, a community police safety platform developed by GS3 Innovation, is building a network of passionate supporters who want to help make a difference. We call this network the GoVia HYPE Council: Heroes, Youth, Partners & Everyone.
We are looking for community leaders, entrepreneurs, business professionals, educators, students, influencers, legal and mental-health professionals, and everyday people who believe in our mission.
You do not need to be a member of the Board of Directors to make an impact. You need genuine interest, a willingness to participate, and a desire to help GoVia grow.
What Does a GoVia Ambassador Do?
As a member of the HYPE Council, you can help GoVia by:
- Spread the word: Share GoVia’s mission, website, demonstrations, and social media posts.
- Connect people: Introduce us to businesses, universities, police departments, attorneys, mental-health professionals, community organizations, and potential partners.
- Open doors: Help identify grants, sponsorships, investors, pilot opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Be our sounding board: Share your ideas, observations, questions, and constructive criticism.
- Keep us accountable: Help us stay true to our mission and listen to the people we serve.
- Build community engagement: Encourage students, families, citizens, and organizations to learn about GoVia.
- Participate in exclusive sessions: Join selected private meetings, product demonstrations, networking opportunities, and mission briefings.
Every introduction, thoughtful recommendation, and meaningful conversation can help move GoVia forward.
Your Ambassador Affiliate Code
Approved ambassadors may receive a unique GoVia affiliate code to share with their networks.
Your code will help GoVia track referrals and recognize your engagement. Depending on the program’s capabilities, we may measure referrals, demonstration participation, community connections, and other contributions.
Your impact is not measured by clicks alone. A valuable introduction to a university, potential pilot partner, business leader, or funding opportunity can help create lasting progress.
Recognition and Advancement
GoVia plans to recognize supporters through a series of contribution and engagement levels:

These are proposed recognition levels. Participation and advancement may also reflect meaningful work, verified referrals, strategic introductions, community outreach, and sustained engagement.
Your contribution is not limited to money. Your time, expertise, ideas, and relationships matter.
Selected ambassadors may be considered for additional responsibilities, advisory opportunities, or invitations to future financing opportunities, subject to eligibility, formal approval, and applicable law. Investment opportunities and any equity or token arrangements are separate from ambassador membership and are never guaranteed.
A Select Network. A Shared Mission.
We intend to build a focused network of ambassadors across the United States, with a limited number of representatives in selected states as the program grows.
We welcome people who support the mission, communicate responsibly, respect confidentiality, offer honest feedback, and follow through on their commitments.
The HYPE Council is not the Board of Directors. Ambassadors do not automatically receive corporate authority or the right to make commitments on GoVia’s behalf.
